Most of your sizes are similar height:width ratios. Can I order something different?

 

Sure. You can request paintings in any size you want. Some customers like to follow the painting's original aspect ratio, keeping the original relation between the painting's length and width. If the size you need does not match the painting's original aspect ratio, our experienced artists will extend or reduce some of the painting's background to achieve the best possible result. We can also reproduce detail (a part) paintings of a larger original painting. Our artists are very flexible and there is not limit to what they can do. Just let us know what you want.

 

What's the biggest size I can order?

 

As you'll see on our order form, our largest paintings are 120 inches by 120 Inches (3 meters by 3 meters). However, if you have a special request, our artists can work on even much larger canvases - there is no limit.

 

How much does an oil painting reproduction cost and how to order?

I have a photograph. Can you paint it and how much does it cost?

 

Of course. We have professional artists. We will turn your photos into beautiful original handmade arts. Please click our catalog Photo to Art and upload your photos with any special instructions (including sizes, medium, frame selection and special instructions), we will quote you the exact price within 12 hours.

 

Can you add color to a black and white photograph?

 

Yes. That's a frequent request from our customers. We can paint color portraits from old black and white photos or damaged photos and can even provide some color correction.

 

Can you create a new oil painting from a bunch of different photos?

 

Sure. It's called a composite painting. Since our artists start from scratch there is no limit to what they can add to or subtract from the original photos. An example could be a family portrait with an additional person, a different background or a photograph painted in the style of a particular artist. We can paint any effect that you want. If you have multiple photos and want to merge before painting, our editing team will do it and get approval from you then our artists start painting. We provide free photo restoration and repair service for our customers. This service includes

* Remove moles, scars and other skin defects
* Add or remove people from group shots

Can I purchase original arts from your website?

 

Of course. We hope to add more original pieces to our collection, but we can create original paintings from your photographs. How long will it take to receive my painting after I finish the payment?

 

Most custom orders are painted & delivered within 10-20 days. If your painting is much larger, or if is extremely complex, the artist will spend a bit more time with it.  

 

Will your artist sign the painting?    

 

Usually our artist will not sign the painting, if you need any signature please email us the detail.

 

Are the paintings delivered framed or unframed?

 

If you don't choose a frame or a gallery wrap for your painting on our site, your painting will be delivered unframed. We will roll it into a hard art tube. If you choose a frame or a gallery wrap on our site, we will free frame the painting and put all the necessary hardware for you to hang on the wall.


What are your shipping charges?

 

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to worldwide. 

 

Your shipping is free, does that cover customs or taxes?   

 

As with most purchases, paying any local customs or taxes is the customer's responsibility. However, it has been our experience that 99.6% of the paintings arrive untaxed.

 

Are all your paintings hand painted? What about the quality?

 

Yes. All our paintings are 100% hand-painted by our professional artists. Our artists use their eyes, hands and senses to paint each art works. We only use the best materials, we import high quality oils for producing the paintings, that is why they can be well collected for several decades without any color fading. All of our artists are well educated through the professional art academy and most of them have more than 15 years artist career. The most important, we have our independent Inspection Department that control the quality of each painting before shipment. Furthermore, we provide lifetime warranty on each painting for our customers.

 

Do you accept special order?

 

Yes. We can paint any size and image. You can order other sizes and paintings not listed in our web site. Just send us a high resolution image with request size, please click our catalog Photo to Art and upload your photos or images with any special instructions (including sizes, medium, frame selection and special instructions) or tell us a link that if it is an existing painting that isn't in our gallery. We will give you a quote within 12 hours.

 

Can I order one painting?

 

Sure. There is no minimum order quantity required. You can purchase as little as one painting or as many as you like.

Can I track the shipping of my goods?

What's your return policy?    

 

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (must be accompanied by photos that clearly shows the problem with the item received), you may return your items to us. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging.

For all returns, please Email us and submit a return request to Our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. It is fast and convenient! With only four easy steps:


Step 1: Email us and tell us the basic information of your order, including date of your purchase, what you bought and amount you paid. Tell us what you want us to help, return or replace etc.


Step 2: Our service staff will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the return details. This will include where to return and other details of return/replacement.


Step 3: Retain all documents and keep the items as possible as you can in its original condition, send them all back to us. MuseumArtPaintings.com's Quality Control staffs will inspect the return items when we receive it. We will timely inform you the status of how we handling the issue.

 

Step 4: In the unlikely case that we cannot improve it to your satisfaction, we will refund you minus our actual shipping cost. We do ask however that the revisions you request not conflict with the original direction that you gave our artists. You may ask for revisions until the painting meets your expectations. Refund or replacement will be arranged within 2-3 days once items received.

 

What's your After Sales Service?

 

If the art work is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new art work at absolutely no charge to you.

 

If the frame you ordered with your art work arrives damaged, we will promptly replace it with a new one.

 

If your art work arrives damaged, contact us at artsalehelp@yahoo.com. We will repair the damage, if the damage cannot be fixed, we will make a new art work for you free of charge.

 

If we have not received any report from you within 7 days, we will think the shipping arrives is a good condition. We provide lifetime warranty on each painting. The warranty covers damage from normal use. Damage caused by incidents such as accidents or inappropriate use are not covered. Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted painting, paintings will either be repaired or replaced. The warranty service is provided free of charge.
